These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the jlbos platform, including all games, account services, promotions, and payment transactions. By registering or using jlbos, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to register and use jlbos. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one active jlbos account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Any form of bonus abuse, collusion, use of bots or automated systems, or exploitation of software errors is grounds for permanent account termination.
In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 To open and maintain an Account on jlbos, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
2.2 jlbos reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to jlbos's reasonable satisfaction.
3.1 Each Player may hold only one active jlbos Account. Registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued ID type. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify jlbos promptly of any changes.
3.3 You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jlbos will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number.
3.4 Account registration and use are personal to you. You may not assign, transfer, sell, or otherwise convey your Account or any Account rights or benefits to any third party.
4.1 In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, jlbos is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to enabling withdrawals. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, requires submission of acceptable identification documents.
4.2 Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, PRC ID, voter's ID, and other government-issued photo identification documents.
4.3 jlbos may additionally request proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of GCash account registered under the Player's name) where transaction volumes or risk indicators warrant additional verification.
4.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within the period notified by jlbos may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. jlbos reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending successful completion of KYC verification.
jlbos accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana, and M Lhuillier. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform. jlbos does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges which are outside jlbos's control.
All funds deposited to your jlbos Account are held in segregated player funds accounts separate from jlbos's operating funds, in accordance with PAGCOR player protection requirements.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification completion. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day for standard accounts and on the same day for Gold and Platinum tier accounts. jlbos reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or money laundering activity; (c) the Account is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement; or (d) the Account is under investigation for breach of this Agreement.
6.1 jlbos may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to this Agreement. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jlbos promotions:
7.1 All games available on jlbos operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 Game outcomes for Random Number Generator (RNG) games are determined by certified random number generation software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers under monitored studio conditions. jlbos does not manipulate, and has no ability to influence, any live game outcome.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during an active wagering session, jlbos will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous display of a win, such win is void. jlbos's decision on technical dispute resolution is final.
7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. jlbos reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with or without notice.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbos Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
8.2 Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, jlbos may, without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void all wagers and transactions made during the relevant period, and/or report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
9.1 All content on the jlbos Platform — including but not limited to the jlbos brand name, logos, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is owned by or licensed to jlbos and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer any Platform software; or use jlbos trademarks or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
10.1 jlbos is committed to the welfare of its Players and supports responsible gambling practices. jlbos provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools within their Account settings:
10.2 jlbos strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and conducts regular age verification checks on accounts showing risk indicators. 11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.
11.2 jlbos's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jlbos does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jlbos will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance that affects Platform availability.
12.1 jlbos reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, where practicable.
12.2 Your continued use of the jlbos Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
13.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
13.2 jlbos operates under PAGCOR authorization. Player complaints that cannot be resolved through jlbos's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player complaint procedures.
13.3 For disputes arising from specific game outcomes, jlbos's certified game logs and server records shall constitute the authoritative record of all game events and shall be the primary evidence relied upon in any dispute resolution process.
