10. Children's Privacy

The jlbos platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. jlbos does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21. Age is verified through the KYC process for all accounts that proceed to withdrawal eligibility.

If jlbos discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual below the age of 21, such data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed. Parental or guardian controls on devices used by minors are strongly recommended.

11. International Data Transfers

Some of jlbos's technology service providers — including cloud infrastructure, game providers, and analytics platforms — may process data outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, jlbos ensures that:

• The receiving jurisdiction provides an adequate level of data protection as determined by the NPC, or;
• Appropriate safeguards are in place through contractual data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC.

Player data stored and processed within the Philippines is governed exclusively by Philippine law.

12. Policy Changes

jlbos may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, technological developments, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent platform notice at least fourteen (14) days before the updated Policy takes effect. Your continued use of jlbos following the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects when it was most recently revised. Prior versions of this Policy are available upon request to the Data Protection Officer.
